I am graduate student working in the iViz Lab at Simon Fraser University where I study the interpretability of computational systems and visualization. My research interests cross disciplines and I am a Teaching Assistant for both the School of Interactive Art and Technology and the Department of Cognitive Science.
I studied Cognitive Science at the University of California, San Diego and received a Bachelors of Science in 2011. During that time I volunteered in the Interactive Cognition Lab and the Center for Brain and Cognition. After graduation I stayed on as a Research Associate at the ICL.
In industry, I've done software engineering at gap intelligence, sold computers for Apple, and interned at Boeing Aeroinfo.
